Guys - looking for help for fund raising bag pack at Sainsbury's 23rd October

 

We are hoping to take a group of the players from U-19 and U-15 squads to Sainsburys in Altrincham to try and raise some much needed funds for the club by packing bags for customers.  All proceeds will support the development activities of the club. We therefore need volunteers from the senior teams to help with supervision and getting the kids to and from the store.  If you think you might be able to help, please read on...
 
To make the most of the day we will split into two groups.  The plan (subject to confirmation) will be something like:
 
Morning Group
Seniors and kids meet at Egerton at 08:30
Arrive at Sainsburys at 09:00
Finish at Sainsburys at 13:15
Return kids to Egerton for 13:30
 
Afternoon Group
Seniors and kids meet at Egerton at 12:45
Arrive at Sainsburys at 13:15
Finish at Sainsburys at 17:45
Return kids to Egerton for 18:00
 
If you can cover any one of these shifts please let me know asap.  If you can't commit to a full half-day but could come along to Sainsburys to support for just an hour or two, then this will also be helpful.  NB: This is just over 4 weeks away so we need to organise quickly.
